Bananagrams

Bananagrams is a great game that includes spelling you get 15 to 21 letters and you see how many words you can make, but they all have to be joined together if you use all your letters you win and say bananagrams! 

Life Education

Yesterday our class went into the life education class/ bus it was amazing we learnt all about we are all different are finger and foot prints  are all different.  The lines in our eyes are all different the decisions we make are all different and if we were not all different just imagine what the world would be like. There is nobody like you in the whole world. and that makes you special and unique in your own way. We learnt about all the different parts in the body. It was an amazing and wonderful  opportunity I really enjoyed it.

Young Leaders

At Young Leaders the speakers there were just amazing, they all made  a very good point  I could not pick a favourite. They were all so good but I did enjoy Adam few things that Adam said that were most interesting was "disability or ability have a dream, dream it, live it, love it. 
You only get back what you put in.
 The other speaker was Dave now Dave's speech was not
 very normal and that is one of the thing's I most liked about it Dave said

~Be friendly 
~say a good word 
~Be your self   
like Allison  said It's impossible
 to be who your not so why not be who you are.
I really liked young leaders it changed every thing 
it makes  you realise thing's that you never thought.

Mihi

Hi every one this week I have been practicing my Mihi  a Mihi is well about me my family and where I come from i hope you enjoy.

This term room 7 & 8  are working on a kiwiana paper mache first we planed how he was going to look like then we made the skeleton then we ripped up little bits of news paper about the size of your thumb nail after we had about half a bucket full then we put in hot water and waited about a day for it to mix in then we took all the water out we put in lots of glue mixed it in and it made a clay stuff so we can mold it on to the skeleton it is called pulp after it had dried we painted on his clothes and gum boots now we are on to making his hair and face once we are done we will glue him on to a bored.

Market Day

Market day it is my favourite day of the year Market Day it is a day when the year sixes make there own stand and sell food prizes games and much more this year betty and I are running a stand I am so excited this is a photo of some of our stuff. Market day also gives us a chance to work with money.
